01
Information we collect
When you submit a consultation request, we collect the information entered in the form, including contact details, company information, service interest, current-system context, and project description. Basic technical logs may also be processed for security and reliable delivery.
02
How we use it
We use submitted information to review and respond to your request, understand the business need, arrange follow-up, improve our sales process, protect the form from misuse, and maintain required business records. We do not use a consultation request to imply consent to unrelated marketing.
03
Service providers and international processing
Hosting and transactional-email providers may process submitted information on Nubirea’s behalf to operate the website and deliver the request. Their infrastructure may process data outside your country, subject to their contractual and security safeguards.
04
Analytics and consent
Optional, privacy-respecting analytics remains disabled unless you choose “Accept analytics.” Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through “Privacy choices” in the footer. The site does not load the configured analytics script before consent.
05
Retention
We retain lead information only as long as needed for follow-up, legitimate business records, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. A specific retention schedule will be finalized with the production CRM configuration.
06
Your choices
You may ask Nubirea to provide, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. Use the contact form and state that your request concerns privacy.
07
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. This policy may be updated as the production CRM, analytics, and legal entity details are finalized.
Pre-launch legal notice: this is a practical minimum website policy, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. It should be reviewed once Nubirea’s registered legal entity, governing jurisdiction, CRM retention policy, and production providers are finalized.
